Privacy Policy

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, feedback, and the contents of messages you send us. Our website and hosting providers may also process basic technical information such as device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, and website interactions.

We use information to respond to messages, manage early-access interest, improve the website and product, protect against misuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. When you submit the launch-updates form, we use your email address and optional first name to send occasional OneMore product news, development updates, and launch announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time.

The website forms are not intended to collect workout logs, Apple Health data, medical information, or sensitive health information. Do not send sensitive health information through website or early-access forms. In the pre-beta OneMore app, workout data and permissioned Apple Health reads are handled in-app. Optional completed-workout writeback, when enabled by the user, uses Apple Health permissions and writes only completed workout start time, end time, and unique identifiers. It does not write notes, FEEL, per-set data, loads, reps, RPE, readiness, AI output, or cloud/account data. App data controls are presented in the app, including JSON export and local deletion controls.

We may disclose website and contact information to service providers that support website hosting, communications, analytics, security, and early-access management; when required to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information. We do not use health information for targeted advertising.

The website or its hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, and measure the website. We use first-party conversion measurement to understand whether visitors view the homepage, intentionally engage the product story, request launch updates, view the updates page, and complete an updates signup. These measurement events use a random anonymous session identifier, coarse device class, page path, bounded call-to-action location, and UTM campaign fields when present. Measurement event rows do not include name, email, form messages, workout data, Apple Health data, IP address, user agent, or raw browser fingerprint fields. Browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies or similar storage, although doing so can affect website functionality.

We retain website and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining consent and suppression records, responding to requests, protecting the service, and meeting legal obligations. Unsubscribed launch-update records are retained as needed to prevent future sends. Historical beta-interest records remain under their original purpose and are not automatically enrolled in launch updates. The pre-beta app includes JSON export and local deletion controls for app data. Cloud backup is planned but not shipped. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete website information you have provided, or withdraw from launch-update communications through an unsubscribe link or by contacting us. OneMore also provides in-app JSON export and local deletion controls for app data. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights and appeal options. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the website, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your place of residence.

We may update this policy as the website and OneMore develop. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by other appropriate means.
