Privacy Policy

How we handle website, early-access, and pre-beta app information.

Effective August 27, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how 4WARD Labs LLC (“4Ward Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with 4wardlabs.com, early-access requests, and the pre-beta OneMore app. It applies to website visitors, people who contact us, people who request early access, and people invited to test OneMore before public release.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, feedback, and the contents of messages you send us. Our website and hosting providers may also process basic technical information such as device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, and website interactions.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to messages, manage early-access interest, improve the website and product, protect against misuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We may send product updates when you ask to receive them. You may opt out of promotional email at any time.

4. Health and fitness information

The website forms are not intended to collect workout logs, Apple Health data, medical information, or sensitive health information. Do not send sensitive health information through website or early-access forms. In the pre-beta OneMore app, workout data and permissioned Apple Health reads are handled in-app. Optional completed-workout writeback, when enabled by the user, uses Apple Health permissions and writes only completed workout start time, end time, and unique identifiers. It does not write notes, FEEL, per-set data, loads, reps, RPE, readiness, AI output, or cloud/account data. App data controls are presented in the app, including JSON export and local deletion controls.

5. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose website and contact information to service providers that support website hosting, communications, analytics, security, and early-access management; when required to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information. We do not use health information for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website or its hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, and measure the website. Additional analytics or marketing technologies will be described here before they are enabled where legally required. Browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies, although doing so can affect website functionality.

7. Data retention and security

We retain website and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining early-access records, responding to requests, protecting the service, and meeting legal obligations. The pre-beta app includes JSON export and local deletion controls for app data. Cloud backup is planned but not shipped. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete website information you have provided, or withdraw from early-access communications, by contacting us. OneMore also provides in-app JSON export and local deletion controls for app data. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights and appeal options. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

9. Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the website, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. International visitors

If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your place of residence.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and OneMore develop. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by other appropriate means.

12. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to hello@4wardlabs.com.

Important pre-beta limitation

OneMore is not publicly released. Website forms collect contact information for communication and early access; app workout and Apple Health data are handled through permissioned in-app surfaces and local controls. Cloud backup is planned but not shipped.
